The General Inspectorate held a workshop today led by international expert Mr. Macrae on the topic “Risk-Based Inspections Methodology,” with chief inspectors and inspectors from the Environmental, Water, Nature, Spatial Planning, and Construction Inspectorates to determine risk criteria as a basis for planning and conducting risk-based inspections.
The methodology of risk-based inspections will bring about more efficient and effective inspections in safeguarding public interests, including public safety, public health, and the environment, and reducing administrative burdens for inspected entities.
