The Office of the Inspector General held a preparatory meeting with central and local inspectorates to initiate the development of a platform for complaint management and handling.
This platform aims to improve the process of receiving, handling, and monitoring complaints by enabling a more efficient, transparent, and coordinated process among inspection bodies. Through this platform, institutional communication, real-time case tracking, and accountability in handling citizens’ complaints will be enhanced.
The meeting served to present the platform concept, workflow, and interinstitutional coordination for its successful implementation.
