This special inspection unit operates within the Ministry of Economy. The mission of this inspectorate is to help businesses, operators of electricity, thermal and pressure equipment systems to raise the level of safety and quality in the work of energy equipment and plants, in increasing responsibility, awareness for the implementation of Energy Laws, The Law on Pressure Equipment, the requirements of the Codes and Regulations derived from the primary legislation in force. Through inspection and control, they provide an increase in the level of safety, quality management, occupational health safety, increasing safety and increasing efficiency in risk management. Their goal is to continuously increase safety by requiring businesses and operators to implement the requirements of codes, regulations, standards in force for equipment and facilities in use in relation to safety, efficiency, quality and conformity assessment procedures.
