The Office of the Inspector General organized workshops on the proportionality of fines that are imposed in inspection processes and the assessment of the impact of regulatory inspections on businesses in Kosovo, in which case the challenges were highlighted, in order to further identify adequate solutions, for genuine cooperation and stable, always in accordance with the principles established in the Law on Inspections.
The meeting was held with focus groups from the Central Inspectorates, as well as external GIZ experts who are supporting the Office of the Inspector General.
