The Office of the Inspector General (OIG), in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), held a meeting with representatives of inspectorates, focusing on the use and administration of the Platform for the Reception and Processing of Complaints.
During the meeting, the functioning and management of the platform were presented, as well as the role of the designated focal points and their alternates appointed by the inspectorates to administer complaints.
The meeting also addressed practical issues related to the use of the platform, while representatives of the inspectorates had the opportunity to share suggestions, comments, and input for its further improvement.
This cooperation aims to contribute to the digitalization, efficiency, and transparency of the complaint reception and processing process, as well as to strengthening cooperation between the OIG and the inspectorates.
The OIG and UNDP continue their cooperation to advance the inspection system and improve services for citizens.
